I've been meaning to write a review for Zagros since I went in July, looking for a pair of shoes for work (office). I have wider feet and high arches and the shoes offered at Zagros have amazing support.

While I was there, I received amazing customer service and was helped to find shoes that fit my feet comfortably and that was within my price range. I was offered several options of shoes that may suit me and I was able to try them on and walk around a bit with them to make sure that they were a good fit.

They also have an Aetrex machine which scans your feet to tell you your arch height, the width of your feet, etc. The store has insoles for sale that match the results of the machine but it is also helpful for determining what you're looking for in a shoe.

I ended up buying a pair of Piccadilly black leather heels and I love them. They are clearly great quality and are the comfiest heels I've worn. I'll definitely be going back again.

Our shoe selection experience could not be better anywhere with Mazlum's ( i believe he is the store manager) service.
