REGULATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

DELIVERY
Zagros Shoes guarantees the delivery of orders within 48 hours following the purchase, for residents of the cities of Gatineau and Ottawa. Zagros Shoes assumes the delivery fees when the order exceeds an amount of 100$ and more applicable before taxes, for shipping addresses inside Canada. All other destinations will be subject to shipping fees paid by the customer.
- PRICES
All prices are, unless otherwise indicated, in Canadian dollars. The prices displayed on the Site do not always include GST/QST.
Zagros Shoes is solely responsible for the pricing of its products.
Zagros Shoes reserves the right to correct the prices and any erroneous information, to modify the prices of the Services or any other modification at any time, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
If a price is incorrect, Zagros Shoes reserves the right to cancel your order and the fees charged and will contact you in order to offer you to place a new order at the adjusted price or to reimburse you according to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment terms are established at the discretion of Zagros Shoes. Payment may be made by the following means:

- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of some products is limited and will be updated daily. Zagros Shoes may modify or withdraw products at any time without notice. If a product ordered is not or no longer available, Zagros Shoes will notify you by e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled. The availability of products on the site is not binding on Zagros Shoes.
- RETURN POLICY (please read carefully)
Zagros Shoes guarantees an exchange or a refund within 15 days following the delivery date of an online purchase with all original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees on orders sent to the customers are deducted from the refunded amount. Customers may not pay shipping fees on orders sent to them, but when refunded those shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. If the customers decide to take a store credit or an exchange for another product, they will be entitled to the full amount they paid, without deduction of any shipping fees.
All sale products OFF 30% and up are final sale. All other discounts are exchange only, in store, no refund.
Refunds are made only after the reception, back to our warehouse of the new, unworn items in their original box.
For returns done from outside of Canada, please follow these 3 STEPS
1) Stick the aditionnal return sticker that comes with the shoes or make sure to put on the package the following:

2) Do not use UPS shipping as a carrier. Use USPS or Post Canada

- GUARANTEE
Zagros Shoes guarantees quality products and takes the responsibility of the delivery fees in case of a defective product. The refund must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date to be applicable. After the period of 15 days, Zagros Shoes will still be able to help you with an exchange or product repair. To accelerate the process, we always recommend an exchange or replacement of the shoe, since the repair can take more time.
7. Shipping
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order amount in CAD or USD. Shipping back to us for a return or exchance will be paid by the customer. Customs fees or shipping fees that we must pay to accept back the returned items, will be charged to your original payment amount before the refund.
