Free shipping on all orders over 100$ for adresses inside Canada. Standard shipping fees may apply for international orders.

Zagros Shoes guarantees quality products and takes the responsibility of the delivery fees in case of a defective product. The refund must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date to be applicable. After the period of 15 days, Zagros Shoes will still be able to help you with an exchange or product repair. To accelerate the process, we always recommend an exchange or replacement of the shoe, since the repair can take more time.

Zagros Shoes guarantees an exchange or a refund within 15 days following the delivery date of an online purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are not refundable. No refunds on purchases made in store.
