They were friendly and quick to answer my sizing-related questions. My order arrived in less than a week and I'm so happy with my purchase! The boots fit perfectly! Highly recommend shopping at Zagros for high quality footwear from smaller brands :)

Overall, genuinly a solid shoe store with professional customer service. I went around for weeks looking for a comfortable fit for my high foot arch and no store had the selection Zagros shoes had. They have specialty shoes that will fit your needs. Prices are very reasonable and their weekly offers are unbeatable. I would recommend ++++
