To accelerate the process, we always recommend an exchange or replacement of the shoe, since the repair can take more time.

Zagros Shoes guarantees an exchange or a refund within 15 days following the delivery date of an online purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are not refundable. No refunds on purchases made in store.
